I'm still working on the why, but it may be the same as it is in Illinois. And if that is the case and I'm the principal, I'll definitely get it. Most of the gigs I'm interested in bidding on are too big for one person...would require a full crew and then some.
(just doing my part of revving up the economy by creating jobs...)
